Your company is fine and we usually are satisfied with service and products you sell. However last Friday 15 August we purchased a 375cm Swish Superluxe Curtain Track and having used Swish previously expected the usual quality and ease of fitting. I can only assume that someone at Swish has decided to reduce product cost of manufacture. Fortunately, having an engineering background I was able make modifications. Due to the appalling mould distortion of the end brackets (K) I had to machine the bracket slots to accommodate the cam lever(B). Also, most of the cam levers were an extremely tight fit into both bracket (A) and the rail. This is a pity as these defects have spoiled a good basic design. Please pass on these comments to Swish.
